Moritz Hofmann 4d36b031f0 feat: add /resolve/calendar combined endpoint 
Single call resolves address via Nominatim and returns full year
waste collection calendar without a second round-trip.

Also refactors resolve logic into shared do_resolve() helper
used by both /resolve and /resolve/calendar.
